BAIL BOND FINANCING AND PAYMENT PLANS

We realize that the cost of a bail bond may be more than you have readily available.  If you qualify, we can work out a payment plan.

QUALIFYING FOR FINANCING

Generally, to qualify for our payment plans you will need to have good credit and/or be a homeowner. If you do not fit into this category, we suggest that you ask a family member or friend to consider cosigning.

We look at factors such as the length of time living in Delaware, employment situation, credit rating, type of crime and similar factors. We will be as flexible and creative as possible. We are also able to offer a no collateral bail bond in many cases.

We understand that not everyone has a perfect credit history. When we determine eligibility for financing, we are looking for people who have credit (versus no credit) and who pay their bills on time. When you call, we can advise you if you qualify for financing within minutes.

Our licensed bail bond agents understand that this is a difficult time; they’re happy to work with your special circumstances to provide legal, affordable bail bonds. You can learn more about the arrest and bail process at our What Are Bail Bonds page.

We appreciate that situations are unique. Give 1st Choice Bail Bonds an opportunity to resolve your special needs.
